We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.

We guarantee that the products will be shipped out directly by our company and suppliers to reach our clients in its original condition! Quality Assurance ensures that all packages shipped at our expense are packaged securely (customers should not pay for insurance). In case it is damaged or fails to comply with the package, we will have full responsibility and compensate you with a full refund or new delivery and your tracking number be sent in order to monitor the shipping online.

Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:
You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We need the tracking number to process the return.
Products must be in new and unused condition
Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.
You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
